**Key Responsibilities****Integrated Material Control (MC) & Warehouse Management**Participate in PMC plan reviews, calculate material plans based on work order requirements, track material arrivals and kit completeness to ensure uninterrupted production.Strictly issue materials according to BOM quotas, control over-issuance and losses, and lead work order returns,replenishment, and scrap write-offs.Lead the prevention and disposal of slow-moving inventory, regularly generate inventory turnover analysis reports, and promote the consumption or write-off of long-aged materials.Establish and optimize warehouse SOPs (receiving, picking, inventory counting, defective product isolation), and implement 5S and visual management.Responsible for the safe storage management of special materials (electronic components, batteries, e-liquids, etc.), ensuring compliance with safety regulations for hazardous materials.Maintain the ERP system to ensure closed-loop operations for work order material receipt, return, and replenishment, ensuring consistency between accounts and physical inventory.**Cross-border Customs & Import/Export Compliance**Coordinate with the headquarters customs team to ensure smooth handover of import/export documents and customs clearance tracking.Possess basic English document reading skills and be able to handle simple customs declaration document verification.**Process Establishment & Optimization**Lead the systematic establishment of warehouse and material control processes and SOP iteration.Identify process bottlenecks and drive optimization and automation improvements to enhance operational efficiency.**Team Management & Cross-Departmental Collaboration**Manage the warehouse team, set KPI assessments, organize training, and improve execution capabilities.Proactively liaise with production, procurement, quality, PMC, and other departments to coordinate incoming material anomalies, material shortage warnings, and return disputes, driving problem resolution with a results-oriented approach.
