Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.0–1 year of experience.Minimum overall academic grade of Very Good / B+ or equivalent.Strong AutoCAD proficiency, with the ability to produce and modify drawings quickly and accurately.Professional or near-professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Exceptional attention to detail is essential.Ability to thoroughly review drawings and calculations and identify errors, inconsistencies, or coordination issues.Strong self-checking skills before submitting any work.Ability to maintain proper:File organization and namingDrawing coordinationRevision trackingDocumentationWillingness to learn, develop, and respond positively to feedback.Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail will be key evaluation criteria during both the interview and the 3-month training period.
