As a key member of our team, you will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities to drive the development of innovative and impactful solutions.You will be reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with engineering and product teams.You must know how to code, read code, and distill complex problems into digestible engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Tackle hard, ambiguous questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendationLead new or early stage initiatives or products, often playing the role of multiple functions simultaneously in order to reach successHelp shape the product roadmap for the Bask, leveraging competitive and user insights to help PMs and Engineering teams prioritizeDefine and maintain a clear and compelling product roadmap aligned with Bask Health's mission, ensuring the team is focused on delivering high-impact solutions.Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development from concept to launch.Engage with customers, patients and partners to gather insights, ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and solve real-world problems.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs are central to all product decisions.AIWork AI-first: Use LLMs as your starting point — to clarify thinking, draft output, research problems, and move faster.
