JASARA PMC is a joint venture between Jacobs, PIF, and Aramco operating in the civil engineering sector. We support complex infrastructure delivery with a strong focus on governance, coordination, and effective project execution.In this role, you will act as a senior contract administration lead across a large roads infrastructure portfolio, helping to bring consistency, control, and oversight to contractual processes across multiple projects, work orders, service agreements, and infrastructure contracts. You will work closely with commercial, project delivery, finance, procurement, legal, and consultant teams to support sound contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee contract administration activities across a large portfolio of roads and infrastructure contractsEstablish and maintain consistent contract administration processes, procedures, and governance controlsProvide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to Contracts Administrators and support staffEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, internal policies, procedures, and delegated authority requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract administration efficiency and effectivenessMaintain contract registers and ensure contractual records are accurate, complete, and up to dateAdminister contract correspondence, notices, instructions, approvals, and other contractual communicationsMonitor contract milestones, deliverables, securities, warranties, insurance requirements, and other contractual obligationsCoordinate contract start-up, mobilization, amendments, renewals, extensions, and close-out activitiesSupport the administration of contract changes, variations, claims, compensation events, and extensions of timeMonitor contractual compliance, identify risks and non-conformances, and support internal and external auditsEnsure contractual documentation is retained and managed within designated contract management systemsAct as the primary point of contact for contract administration matters across the portfolio and facilitate resolution through proactive stakeholder engagementCoordinate contract-related meetings, governance reviews, dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updatesAdminister contract management systems, including Oracle Unifier, SAP, and document management platformsIdentify and escalate contractual risks and potential disputes, and support contractual assessments and dispute avoidance strategiesLead contract close-out activities, including final account processes, release of securities, closure of outstanding obligations, archival of records, and lessons learned reportingRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce, or a related disciplineProfessional membership with a recognised industry body such as RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE, or equivalent is desirableExperienceMinimum 15+ years experience in contract administration, commercial management, or contract management within major infrastructure or construction projectsExperience managing large and complex contract portfoliosDemonstrated experience leading contract administration teamsExperience supporting roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure projectsSound experience with FIDIC and other standard forms of contractExperience with contract governance controls, audit and compliance processes, and portfolio reporting workflowsExperience administering claims and variationsProficiency in Oracle Unifier, SAP, Microsoft Office, and contract management systemsFluency in English and ArabicFamiliarity with public-sector or giga-project governance environments is highly desirableBenefitsProvided accommodation and foodTransportation provided
