SalesJob PurposeThis role is responsible for coordinating end to end vehicle dispatch and delivery activities across all markets, ensuring timely, damage free, and SLA compliant movement of vehicles to stores and distributors. The role supports inventory availability, delivery accuracy, and operational efficiency through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Functional Responsibilities Ensure timely, accurate, and damage free delivery of vehicles to showrooms, stores, and distributors across all markets. Coordinate vehicle dispatch and delivery schedules in line with sales plans and delivery SLAs. Liaise with logistics partners, transporters, warehouses, and PDI teams to ensure smooth execution of delivery operations. Track vehicle movements and key delivery milestones from dispatch through final handover. Monitor transit performance, identify delays or deviations, and proactively escalate issues to relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing and delivery confirmations upon vehicle receipt. Monitor transit related damages and delivery discrepancies, coordinating investigations, corrective actions, and documentation with internal teams and logistics partners to address issues and SLA breaches. Support inventory rebalancing initiatives by coordinating inter branch and inter market vehicle movements. Maintain complete and accurate logistics documentation, including delivery notes, transport records, and confirmations. Prepare and maintain regular delivery, transit performance, and logistics reports for internal review, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across logistics and inventory tracking systems.Job RequirementEducation: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 0 - 2 Years in a relevant field
