Requirements
Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control initiatives. Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Establish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management. Support business planning, investment decisions, and operational performance improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and payroll practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
