Requirements

The role owns the full vendor lifecycle — RFP to contract to implementation — plus the business case, budget, and quality governance, blending Agile and Waterfall by context.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects and enhancements blending Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on context.Own the full vendor and SaaS lifecycle — RFP, contract, implementation — as primary relationship owner for OEMs and SIs.Own the business case and budget end to end, with ROI modelling and CapEx/OpEx classification for finance committees.Present to C-suite, manage competing priorities, and translate between technical teams and business sponsors.Drive quality, testing, and governance — owning UAT, system readiness, and on-time releases to the business.Produce constructive Weekly Status Reports, Project Reports, and Steering Group presentations.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change across business, IT, and third-party streams.Required Technical SkillsPMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.Proven delivery of complex projects with internal business, IT, and third-party SaaS OEM / SI partners.Full-lifecycle vendor management: RFP / RFQ / RFI, contracts and agreements, SOWs.Budget and financial control: end-to-end business case, ROI modelling, CapEx/OpEx.Prior hands-on SDLC experience as a Software Engineer / Developer earlier in career.Strong command of project charters, stakeholder matrices, risk/issue management, and reporting.Candidate ProfileStrong end-to-end process understanding of project execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; credible with C-suite.Writes constructive, decision-ready reporting for senior audiences.Manages teams and competing priorities; available onsite in Dubai.
