The Design Engineering Manager will lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering design activities for petrochemical and oil & gas projects, with a strong focus on oil and gas separation systems. Oversee design of oil & gas separation systems, including process facilities and related units. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams (process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation). Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, drawings, and technical documents. Ensure engineering designs meet project scope, schedule, quality, and cost objectives. Coordinate with project management, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. Interface with clients, licensors, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and project specifications. Support technical issue resolution during engineering, procurement, and construction phases. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance management for engineering teams. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline). Master’s degree is an advantage. Experience Requirements Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in petrochemical and oil & gas projects. Proven experience in oil & gas separation systems. Minimum 5 years in a Design Engineering Manager or Lead Engineering role. Strong EPC project experience.
