Requirements
Requires 7+ years of experience in cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or business intelligence within banking, payments, or fintech, with strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience. Must have advanced SQL and Excel skills, and hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills are essential. Python, R, or SAS experience is an advantage.

We're hiring: Cards Analytics SpecialistKey Responsibilities:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly card portfolio performance reports and dashboards.Analyse acquisition, activation, spend, usage, retention, attrition, delinquency, and profitability.Conduct customer segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis.Measure campaign performance using control groups, uplift, response rates, and ROI analysis.Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Work with Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Finance teams.Improve data quality and automate recurring reports.Key Requirements:7+ years of experience in cards analytics, portfolio analytics, or business intelligence within banking, payments, or fintech.Strong credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics experience.Advanced SQL and Excel skills.Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.Strong data storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills.Python, R, or SAS experience is an advantage.
