JOB DETAILSJob Title: Mechanical Community Management Senior EngineerDepartment: Community Management (Mechanical)Reports to: Community Management Team LeaderScope: MEPVacancies: 4Location: On Site (10th of Ramadan / Suez – El Ain El Sokhna / 6th of October / Elsadat City )ResponsibilitiesExecute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for mechanical facility systems.Maintain and oversee water supply networks, sewage and drainage systems, pumping stations, and sewage lift stations.Conduct regular inspections of pumps, valves, pipelines, firefighting systems, HVAC mechanical components, and drainage networks, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.Support the development and implementation of maintenance schedules to ensure timely task execution.Coordinate maintenance activities related to wastewater systems and stormwater networks to ensure uninterrupted operation.Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of specialized mechanical services.Assist in monitoring maintenance costs and propose cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety.Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, especially in wastewater and confined space operations.Respond to mechanical emergencies such as pump failures, pipe leakages, blockages, or flooding incidents to minimize downtime.Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electromechanical EngineeringExperience: 3–6 years of experience in facility or industrial maintenance (MEP-focused) with hands-on exposure to water networks, drainage systems, pumping systems, and sewage lift stationsCertifications: HSE certifications are an advantageSkills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, safety compliance, documentation, and reportingLanguages: Excellent English proficiency
