Based in Egypt.Native Arabic speaker.Junior / entry-level video editor; professional experience is not required.Basic experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.Able to edit both horizontal YouTube videos and vertical Shorts/Reels.Basic understanding of cuts, pacing, B-roll, audio, subtitles/text, and simple color correction.Own computer capable of editing video.Reliable internet connection.Organized and able to manage multiple videos/projects at the same time.Able to follow instructions and accept feedback.Reliable with deadlines and communication.Interested in YouTube, content creation, business, or entrepreneurship.Willing to learn and improve over time.Portfolio, personal projects, university projects, or examples of previous editing are welcome.Most important: reliability, willingness to learn, good communication, and attention to detail are more important to us than years of experience.

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor to join Khalil Talks, an Arabic YouTube and content brand focused on business, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and the One-Person Business concept.This is a remote, long-term position, ideal for a junior editor, recent graduate, or someone at the beginning of their video-editing career who wants to gain real experience and grow with a content brand.The editing style is simple, clean, and focused on the content rather than heavy effects.Main ResponsibilitiesEdit YouTube long-form videos.Clean and organize A-roll footage: remove mistakes, unnecessary pauses, and bad takes.Add simple B-roll, images, screenshots, text, and basic visual elements when needed.Edit vertical videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.Make basic audio, color, and framing adjustments.Export videos in the correct formats.Keep project files and footage organized.Apply feedback and revisions.Work efficiently using a batch-production workflow across multiple videos.Gradually learn and improve the editing style of Khalil Talks.This is not a position that requires advanced cinematic editing or complicated motion graphics. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, willing to learn, and interested in developing their skills over the long term.
