We are looking for a talented UAE National Test Engineer to join our Technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms and customer-facing applications. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technology solutions through robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices. What You Will Do Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications and platforms. Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure high-quality releases. Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of software defects in collaboration with development teams. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and release velocity. Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance standards, and testing best practices. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations. What We're Looking For UAE National (Family Book required). Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery environments. Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and software development lifecycle practices. Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
