Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis to help them make informed decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals. Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties. Conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings. Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients. Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions in compliance with legal requirements. Requirements Valid real estate broker license as required by local regulations. Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent with a successful track record of closed deals. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property values, and financing options. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with real estate software, MLS databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
