Job Title: Content Producer & Video Editor (Real Estate & Social Media)About the RoleWe're looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Producer & Editor who can take ownership of our real estate content from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience shooting and editing premium real estate videos, understands social media trends, and knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality real estate video content.- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.- Develop creative content concepts and storyboards that align with marketing goals.- Work closely with the marketing team to plan weekly and monthly content calendars.- Edit videos with cinematic pacing, smooth transitions, colour grading, motion graphics, captions, and sound design.- Capture property highlights, agent walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes footage.- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.- Ensure all content maintains a premium brand identity and is optimised for maximum reach and engagement.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in video production and video editing.- Proven experience creating content for the real estate industry.- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate videos and viral social media content.- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.- Excellent understanding of short-form content, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience retention.- Strong content planning and social media strategy skills.- Experience operating professional cameras, drones (preferred), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.Preferred Skills- Photography experience is a plus.- Basic graphic design and motion graphics knowledge.- Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content optimisation.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone with a sharp creative eye who understands what makes content perform on social media.
