You will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, optimizing inventory, and supporting the success of our Elevated Fashion category. What You'll Do:Lead category sales forecasting and demand management across GCC markets.Analyze sales trends and develop statistical planning models.Prepare bottom-up plans per brand that align with category targetsCreate a 12-month rolling forecast to maintain future stock levels.Manage stock requirements and coordinate purchases based on forecasts.Plan and monitor inventory replenishment across territories.Collaborate with Buying and business leads to resolve stock shortages.Optimize category inventory levels while balancing working capital constraints.Manage stock transfers, reconcile discrepancies, and oversee stock movements with suppliers and warehouses.Develop pricing and discount strategies to optimize margin and sell-through.Track category performance, ensuring alignment with top-line and profitability goals.Prepare weekly and quarterly decks on brand performance.Present insights and opportunities to leadership and brands.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Statistics.5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and data modelling in a multi-branded environment (preferably eCommerce).Strong knowledge of Fashion buying within an eCommerce organization.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.Experience in managing P&L and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Who will excelWe're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
