Job DescriptionContract: Fixed-term (3 to 6 monthsTeam: Private Client Team Office Location: DIFC – Dubai The RoleWe are recruiting a Private Client Solutions Executive to join Fragomen's Private Client Team in Dubai.This is a front-end sales role focused on generating new private client opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting the growth of Fragomen's residency and citizenship by investment offering across the UAE and wider Middle East region.The role is suited to a commercially driven, energetic and target-oriented individual who is confident speaking to prospective clients, building relationships and creating new business opportunities. Prior experience in immigration, investment migration, private client services, wealth management, real estate, banking, luxury sales or another client-facing sales environment would be beneficial.This role is not a case-working position. The successful candidate will work closely with the Private Client advisory team to identify, qualify and hand over prospective clients for consultation and service delivery.What Your Day Will Look LikeSales & Lead GenerationProactively generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, partnerships and digital channels.Identify and qualify prospective clients seeking residency, citizenship by investment and related private client immigration support.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective private client opportunities.Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand client objectives, urgency and potential service needs.Schedule consultations and handover qualified opportunities to the Private Client advisory team.Support revenue generation from high-net-worth individuals seeking residency and citizenship by investment support.Maintain accurate lead, pipeline and prospect information in Salesforce or other internal systems.Work towards agreed activity, lead generation and revenue-related targets.Support profile-raising activities, including events, networking initiatives and targeted campaigns.Client EngagementAct as an initial point of contact for prospective private clients.Provide a professional, responsive and polished first impression of Fragomen.Gather key information from prospects and ensure relevant details are shared with the advisory team.Follow up consistently with prospects to support conversion.Work collaboratively with consultants, managers and senior team members to ensure a smooth client handover.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.Market & Team SupportShare feedback from the market, prospects and referral sources with the wider Private Client Team.Identify potential referral channels, introducers and market opportunities.Support initiatives aimed at enhancing Fragomen's residency and citizenship by investment offering in the MEA region.Contribute to a positive, collaborative and commercially focused team culture.The TeamThe PCP team in Dubai is led by a Director and a Manager, to whom you will report in this role. The rest of the team comprises of two senior consultants.
