Description
Prepare production schedules based on confirmed orders, delivery dates, production capacity, and machine availability.Develop machine loading plans according to machine capabilities, capacity, and production priorities.Coordinate with the Sales/Commercial team to confirm production feasibility and align delivery commitments with available capacity.Follow up on production execution and promptly escalate delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints.Re-plan production schedules when there are changes in orders, priorities, machine availability, or production conditions.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure the availability of required resources for planned orders.Prepare planning reports and monitor key indicators related to capacity utilization, plan adherence, and on-time delivery.
