Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Engineering, including previous experience leading software engineering teams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience building and maintaining production software systems are essential. Experience managing various engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Platform, or ML) and strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills are required.
