Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.We are seeking an accomplished Handover / Completions Manager to join JASARA PMC. The Handover / Completions Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-of-project phase, ensuring all construction works are completed, tested, documented, and handed over to the client in full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. This role ensures a smooth transition from construction to operation.Key Responsibilities Project Completion Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive handover and completion strategyDefine completion milestones, timelines, and deliverables aligned with the overall project planLead readiness reviews to ensure all disciplines are aligned for project close-out Snagging & Close-Out Management Manage and oversee snagging and de-snagging processesEnsure timely identification, tracking, and closure of all defectsProvide regular reporting on completion status and outstanding items Testing & Commissioning Oversight Coordinate and monitor all testing and commissioning activitiesEnsure systems are fully functional and compliant with project specificationsCollaborate with engineering, MEP, and specialist teams Handover Documentation Ensure completeness and accuracy of all required documentation, including: As-built drawingsOperations & Maintenance (O&M) manualsWarranties and certificationsRegulatory approvalsMaintain structured and auditable document control throughout completion phase Client Handover & Stakeholder Engagement Manage the formal project handover process to the client/end-userLead inspections, walkthroughs, and approvalsAct as the primary interface during the handover phase with: ClientsConsultantsContractorsAuthorities Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all works meet contractual quality and compliance standardsCollaborate with QA/QC teams to close non-conformancesDrive continuous improvement across close-out activities Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks impacting completion timelinesDevelop mitigation strategies and recovery plansResolve issues proactively to avoid delays in handover
