Study the project documents including specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution.Monitor and prepare projects' time plans and Schedules using Primavera or Microsoft Project.Monitoring project daily progress vs. plan and schedule.Maintaining cost control on planned activities.Review/Prepare Dashboards.Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.Prepares Client updates with full details reports.resources allocation and leveling
