Familiarity with local building codes and standards applicable in Kuwait is required, along with knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies. Preferred qualifications include a Professional Engineering License, 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, experience with structural analysis and design software, project management experience, and experience in the Middle East region.
