Candidates must hold a Doctorate PhD or equivalent advanced degree, have published at least 5 papers in SCI/SSCI journals within the past three years, possess a thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles, exhibit excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and have strong written communication abilities. Prior experience as a peer reviewer and familiarity with online manuscript submission systems are highly desirable.
