Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, valid security guard license in Qatar, 2-3 years of security operations experience, First Aid and CPR certification, excellent physical fitness, proficiency in surveillance and monitoring, strong knowledge of emergency response, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven conflict resolution and de-escalation abilities, competent report writing and computer skills, knowledge of local security laws and regulations, ability to remain calm under pressure, and willingness to work flexible hours. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic knowledge being preferred. Must have a valid work permit or visa eligibility for Qatar.
