The role involves coordinating propagation teams, monitoring plant growth and development, maintaining propagation facilities, and ensuring safe and efficient nursery operations.Job Responsibilities1. Propagation Planning & ProductionFollow nursery production plans and propagation schedules.Organize daily propagation activities to achieve production targets.Monitor production progress and report any delays or challenges.Support the timely delivery of plants for nursery and project requirements.2.
