Description

As a Risk Analyst Structured Finance within APAC&EMEA Structured Finance Team, you will work, together with more senior members of the team, on the evaluation, underwriting, and monitoring of a diverse portfolio in the Asset-Backed markets including Public ABS, Private Asset Back Financing, conduits and other SPVs. You will partner with Securitized Products, Corporate and Investment Bankers, Treasury Services and Traders to analyze, structure, risk grade, and approve credit exposures. You will be working closely with clients and internal partners to assess creditworthiness, structure financing solutions, and execute transactions. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and identify key risks and strengths in transactions
  • Understand financial products and apply relevant policies and systems
  • Use AI tools to support analysis and improve efficiency
  • Manage actively portfolios and respond reliably to queries
  • Communicate clearly through emails, memos, and presentations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in meetings
  • Maintain professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Some credit/underwriting credentials, analytical skills
  • Possess strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Highly motivated with a natural passion to learn and an inquisitive personality
