Previous experience in a food and beverage operation, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage. Fluent Russian language skills are required. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent grooming standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
