Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the facility
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions efficiently and accurately
Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure to identify potential issues
Install and set up new equipment as needed, following technical specifications and safety guidelines
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate and organized records of all maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations and address cross-functional needs
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
