Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or a related finance role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reporting.Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and expand responsibilities beyond core accounting functions.
