Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field- 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and client management abilities- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.- Location: Zamalek - Cairo.

Talent 360 is hiring an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team.This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.About the RoleAs a Senior Interior Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from vision to completion, driving design excellence while mentoring junior staff and managing high-level client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale commercial or residential projects.Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas- Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements- Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on schedule- Producing and reviewing bill of quantities- Coordinating between project stakeholders (mep,structure,automation …etc)
