Overview: We are looking for an Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong foundation in financial principles. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing insightful reports, and ensuring compliance, all while being a key player in our financial operations.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.Conduct thorough Financial Analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present accurate and timely Financial Reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance against established goals.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Participate in month-end and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
