Job DescriptionType: PermanentDepartment: Non-Academic AdministrationLine Manager: PrincipalFunctional Reporting: N/AOrientation and induction for new Parents and Students.Carries out specific projects and researchFacilitates annual review and update of School Policies.Publishes approved policies on the School PortalDrafts, types and dispatches reports, articles, letters, School Newsletters, agendas and minutes/records of meetings.Checks all school correspondences before sending principal's signature.Devises/maintains office systems, including data management and filingUses appropriate IT resources to aid presentations, conferences, recruitment fairs.
