The purpose of this role is to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of Emarat's Fixed Asset Register and fixed asset accounting records, ensuring proper accounting, capitalization, tracking, and reporting of all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE). The role independently validates capitalization requests, ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and maintains segregation from capital budgeting, project approval, investment analysis, and CAPEX governance activities.

- Support development of asset accounting policies and procedures.
- Maintain robust controls over company assets.
- Support automation and improvement of asset accounting processes within Oracle Fusion.
- Contribute to strengthening the Company's asset governance and asset control framework.
- Support Finance management on fixed asset accounting and reporting matters.

Qualifications:
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or ACCA /CPA / CA / CMA
Experience:
• Minimum 4 years in Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Experience with ERP Fixed Asset Modules.
