As the company grows, it continues to offer cutting-edge, quality-driven solutions for residential and commercial projects.Role DescriptionSite Preparation● Verify the delivery against the packing list upon arrival at the client's property; identify and immediately report missing or damaged parts to the Team Leader● Apply floor, wall, and surface protection before any installation work begins● Identify the correct installation sequence for the room or apartment based on the drawing setTechnical Installation● Execute every installation in strict adherence to the applicable Faham installation SOP for the product type; do not deviate from the approved method without Team Leader approval● Know and apply the installation Do's and Don'ts on every job; raise any site condition that prevents working within them to the Team Leader immediately● Read 3D installation drawings and cutting lists accurately to determine component placement, dimensions, and sequence● Fit door frames (architraves and linings) accurately into openings; check plumb and level before fixing● Hang hinged doors: set hinge positions correctly, hang the door leaf, and adjust hinges to achieve consistent gaps on all four sides● Install door handles, locks, latches, and closers to manufacturer specification● Install sliding and soft-close door systems: fit bottom tracks, top guides, and door panels; adjust for smooth, aligned movement● Seal frames and architraves with silicone or filler as required; colour-match touch-up for minor chips or scratches● Assemble wardrobe carcasses: connect side panels, top panels, base boards, and back panels squarely● Install internal fitout: shelves, hanging rails, drawer boxes, pull-out accessories, and dividers per the drawing● Fix units securely to walls using the correct fixings for the substrate (concrete, plasterboard, tile)● Fit wardrobe doors: align door leaves, calibrate soft-close hinges, adjust handles● Install floor-standing base units: level on the floor, connect units together, fix to wall where required● Install wall-hung units: locate studs or use appropriate fixings, ensure units are level and secure● Fit plinths, filler panels, and cornice strips accurately to complete the kitchen run● Coordinate with the site team on worktop, sink, and appliance cut-outs where applicableHardware & Finishing● Install all specified hardware: soft-close hinges, drawer runners, handles, knobs, and pull-out systems — calibrated to function correctly● Apply silicone neatly at joints, edges, and wall interfaces; clean excess immediately● Perform colour mixing and touch-up on minor surface marks to achieve an invisible finishQuality Control● Conduct a full self-check before requesting Team Leader sign-off: check alignment, gaps, levelness, hardware function, and finish quality● Identify and report any manufacturing defects, transport damage, or site-caused issues to the Team Leader immediately — do not conceal or cover defects● Follow all Faham installation SOPs without shortcuts; raise concerns if the SOP cannot be followed on a specific site conditionHousekeeping & Site Handover● Maintain a dust-free environment throughout; vacuum after drilling and cutting● Perform a final deep-clean of all installed units, cabinetry interiors, and surrounding area before sign-off● Remove all protection materials, packaging, and offcuts; leave the client's property in a clean and professional conditionSafety● Wear required PPE at all times: helmet, gloves, goggles, mask, and safety shoes● Inspect tools before use; report defects and maintain tools in safe working condition● Work safely at height; use ladders and step platforms correctly● Follow all site safety rules and Faham HSE procedures; attend and participate in toolbox talksRequirements● Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience installing furniture, wardrobes, doors, or kitchen cabinetry● Ability to read and interpret 3D installation drawings and cutting lists● Proficient with power tools (drill driver, jigsaw, circular saw) and hand tools● Knowledge of wall substrates and appropriate fixing types (concrete, plasterboard, tile)● Minimum secondary school education; ability to read and write● Physically fit for manual work, lifting, and working at height● Professional and respectful in client-facing environments
