Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first-level (L1) support and maintain our internal IT infrastructure, network, and end-user systems. This is an inward-facing role focused on supporting internal staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, configuring and troubleshooting network and hardware equipment, and managing endpoint devices.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain hardware, software, servers, and network equipmentMaintain MikroTik routers/switches (RouterOS), including routing, VLANs, firewall rules, and bandwidth managementSet up, terminate, and troubleshoot fiber optic connections and related networking mediaMaintain pfSense firewalls (rules, NAT, VPN, load balancing, and network segmentation)Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access pointsDeploy endpoint devices through MDM/endpoint management platforms (e.g., ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Microsoft Intune, or Google Endpoint Management), including device enrollment, policy enforcement, and patch management and remote co-monitoringInstall, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux), drivers, and firmwareAssemble, upgrade, diagnose, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices at the hardware levelProvide first-level technical support to internal staff and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely mannerAdminister Local user accounts, permissions, and access controlsMonitor system performance, security, and backups; troubleshoot issues as they ariseMaintain and support Windows/Linux serversDocument IT procedures, network topologies, configurations, and asset inventoriesEnsure compliance with security policies and data protection standards
