Drive the Future Program – Argentina 

 

The Drive the Future Program is designed to provide university students with their first professional experience while completing their studies. 
 
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network. 
 
During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.   

In Argentina, DTF Opportunities are open to students from all universities in Buenos Aires. If you are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing your degree, this could be the beginning of something great. Take in consideration that participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires part-time, availability in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. 

 

Job Requirements 

These opportunities are intended for advanced university students of Technology, IT, Systems, Industrial Engineer who have approximately one year to one and a half years remaining until graduation in: 

  • Advanced university students of Technology, IT, Systems, Industrial Engineer

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency 

  • Availability to work 19 hours per week 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently 

  • Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills 

  • Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure 

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen 

  • Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making 

  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
