Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions. Strong knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex. Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, VLANs) and VoIP technologies. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues. Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Collaboration) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Description
As a Cisco Collaboration Engineer at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions for our clients.
