Requirements
Experience: Proven background as a stock controller, inventory specialist, or warehouse manager within apparel, retail, or textiles.Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (such as Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or apparel-specific ERPs) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking complex SKU variations (size, fit, style, color) to avoid mislabeling and sizing errors.Physical Stamina: Ability to handle, unpack, fold, and move heavy garments and boxes within store stockrooms or warehouse environments.

Inventory & Size Matrix Tracking: Monitor stock levels across various SKUs, including specific size runs (S, M, L, XL), colorways, and seasonal collections.Shipment Processing & Inspection: Receive, inspect, and log incoming garment shipments from manufacturers or distribution centers, verifying quality, tagging, and accurate quantities.Replenishment & Forecasting: Analyze sales data and seasonal trends to reorder popular fashion lines and replenish floor stock before popular sizes sell out.Audits & Shrinkage Control: Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle audits to match physical inventory against ERP/POS digital records, identifying discrepancies or theft.Returns & Damaged Goods: Oversee customer returns, defective garment processing, and vendor returns for flawed fabrics or incorrect shipments.Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with store managers, merchandising buyers, and logistics teams to prepare inventory for promotions, sale events, and new season launches.
