Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the Technical Office team.Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.Ensure technical documents comply with project specifications and approved designs.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.Supervise quantity take-offs, BOQ reviews, variations, and technical claims.Resolve design conflicts and technical issues.Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and project deliverables.Ensure proper preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.8+ years of relevant construction/engineering experience.Strong knowledge of technical office and construction processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
