Job SummaryWe are looking for an MT5 Operations Executive to manage the day to day operational activities of the MetaTrader 5 trading platform. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth platform functioning, accurate trade processing, client and account management, trade monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external liquidity and technology providers.The ideal candidate should have hands on experience with MT5 administration, trading operations, client accounts, trade monitoring, reconciliation, and basic troubleshooting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage day to day MT5 platform operations and administrative activities.Create, configure, and maintain trading accounts, account groups, symbols, and account settings.Monitor trading activity, orders, positions, deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.Monitor MT5 server and platform activity and identify operational issues.Coordinate with technical teams and service providers to resolve platform related issues.Monitor trade execution, rejected orders, execution discrepancies, and unusual trading activity.Perform daily trade and account reconciliation.Monitor spreads, swaps, commissions, and other trading parameters as applicable.Assist with configuration and maintenance of symbols, trading sessions, and contract specifications.Maintain accurate records of platform activities and operational activities.Prepare daily MIS and trading operations reports.Support the onboarding and configuration of new client and trading accounts.Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Compliance, Customer Support, and Trading teams.Escalate technical and operational issues promptly to the appropriate team.Maintain strict confidentiality of client and trading information.Ensure all operational procedures are followed accurately and within the required timelines.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.1 to 4 years of experience in MT5 operations, Forex or CFD brokerage operations, trading platforms, or financial market operations.Hands on knowledge of MetaTrader 5.Good understanding of trading accounts.Good understanding of orders and positions.Good understanding of margin and leverage.Good understanding of spreads.Good understanding of swap and commission.Good understanding of trade execution.Good understanding of account groups.Good understanding of symbols and trading instruments.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reconciliation processes.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to monitor multiple operational activities simultaneously.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to work in a fast paced trading environment.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience with MT5 Manager and Administrator tools.Knowledge of MT5 server administration.Experience with brokerages, liquidity providers, bridges, or trading technology providers.Understanding of FIX and API integrations is an advantage.Familiarity with CRM and back office systems.Basic understanding of trading technology and financial markets.Experience with Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, or other leveraged products.KEY COMPETENCIESMT5 OperationsTrading Platform ManagementTrade MonitoringAccount ManagementTrade and Account ReconciliationRisk AwarenessMicrosoft Excel and MIS ReportingPlatform TroubleshootingAttention to DetailOperational CoordinationEMPLOYEE BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience and suitability.Company provided accommodation.Company provided food.Company transportation.Employment visa sponsorship.Opportunity to work in Dubai, UAE.Professional exposure to international financial market operations.Career growth opportunities within the organisation.
