Description
Ensure that the preventive maintenance is done on time, follow up on the cleanliness of equipment, and inspect it.Analyse the breakdown causes and find the root cause to prevent it.Conduct a daily meeting with the maintenance engineer and the technicians to discuss the section problems.Make work orders in coordination with production and other sections.Follow up on spare parts’ needs in the section and review it with the maintenance engineer through the SAP system to define what to purchase.Make the purchase requests for the needed spare parts and follow it with the purchasing department.Follow up on fixing orders to the external workshops (exit permit – entry permit).
