Description
Hire Resolve is assisting legal organisations in hiring experienced legal professionals for multiple mid–senior level opportunities across a range of practice areas and in-house functions in Saudi Arabia. This is a multi-role campaign designed to attract candidates from corporate, projects, and advisory environments, with progression pathways toward senior specialist and leadership roles such as Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Manager, Head of Legal, Compliance Lead, Contracts Manager, or Legal Operations Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders and/or clients across operational and strategic matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents (e.g., commercial agreements, procurement and supply contracts, services agreements, NDAs, leases, project documentation) Support matters across corporate/commercial, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, governance, procurement, real estate, or projects (aligned to experience) Assist with legal risk assessments and recommend practical mitigations aligned to business objectives Manage external counsel and advisors, including budgets, timelines, and matter strategy Support dispute management, including pre-action correspondence, document preparation, settlement discussions, and claims/litigation oversight where applicable Contribute to compliance programmes, internal controls, and policy development, including monitoring regulatory updates and implementing guidance Maintain accurate records, contract repositories, and matter documentation, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate information handling Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Project teams to improve legal processes and decision-making Support governance processes, including board/committee documentation and delegated authority frameworks where relevant Mentor junior colleagues and uphold consistent quality and professional standards
