Requirements

Specialist Rheumatologist with UAE professional registration or eligibility. DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH specialist licence preferred. Completion of recognised specialist qualification approved by UAE regulatory authorities. Minimum 5 years’ post-specialist experience preferred. Strong outpatient rheumatology experience. Confident managing chronic inflammatory, autoimmune, and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience prescribing and monitoring DMARDs and biologic therapies. Excellent patient communication and follow-up management skills. Fluent English language skills. Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Maintain accurate medical records in line with clinical governance and regulatory standards. Participate in clinical audit, CME, service development, and quality improvement initiatives.
