Description
The Job Change Senior Engineer – Glass Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing job changes in glass production lines to ensure efficient mold changes, minimal downtime, and consistent product quality. Daily tasks include coordinating with production, maintenance, and quality teams; analyzing line performance data; and implementing improvements to job change procedures and setups. The Senior Engineer will oversee job change schedules, document best practices and standards, and provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior engineers. The role also involves troubleshooting process issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies.
