Requirements

Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. UAE experience and knowledge of Abu Dhabi venues and suppliers are preferred. Must have Arabic and English communication skills and be based in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability.

Project Manager (Arabic & English Speaker)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEFull-Time, On-SiteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Arabic speaking Project Manager to manage the planning and execution of events, activations, exhibitions, and other on-ground projects.The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through execution, working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and production partners. The role requires someone who is highly organized, solution-oriented, comfortable working on-site, and able to manage multiple moving parts under tight timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage events and projects from briefing through final execution and project closure.Prepare project timelines, action plans, production schedules, and task lists.Coordinate closely with internal teams including account management, creative, design, production, and operations.Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and production partners throughout the project.Conduct site visits and ensure all technical, logistical, and operational requirements are properly planned.Manage event production requirements including branding, printing, fabrication, booths, stages, furniture, AV, signage, and other event elements.Lead and supervise event build-up, event days, and dismantling.Coordinate on-site teams including suppliers, ushers, technicians, production crews, and other staff.Manage last-minute requirements and provide practical solutions to any operational issues on-site.Support in preparing post-event reports and project close-out documentation.Requirements4–6+ years of experience in event management and project managementExperience managing suppliers and production teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Good communication and coordination skills.UAE experience and knowledge of Abu Dhabi venues and suppliers is preferred.Arabic and English communication skillsBased in Abu Dhabi with immediate availability preferred
