Leadership opportunity
We are looking for accomplished Oracle transformation leaders for the role of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Solutions Architect, a senior strategic position at the center of a high-impact enterprise cloud transformation. This mandate is designed for a seasoned architect who can translate complex business requirements into a scalable, governed, and future-ready Oracle Fusion Cloud landscape. The selected leader will shape the transition from Oracle EBS to a unified cloud platform across a diversified, multi-entity business group operating in a complex regional environment.
Strategic mandate
Enterprise blueprint ownership: Define and govern a global Oracle Fusion solution template across legal entities, business units, functions, and operating models.
Cloud transformation leadership: Lead the architectural transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring business continuity, scalability, and long-term platform sustainability.
Fit-to-standard governance: Establish a disciplined design approach that prioritizes native Oracle capabilities, reduces customization, and minimizes technical debt.
Integration modernization: Architect secure, API-led integration frameworks using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), replacing legacy point-to-point dependencies with governed enterprise data flows.
Data excellence: Oversee data cleansing, migration, validation, reconciliation, and master data governance to support a reliable enterprise-wide digital core.
Data harmonization and analytics: Define and implement strategies for enterprise data harmonization and advanced analytics to drive business insights and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional alignment: Provide architectural direction across Finance, SCM, and HCM, ensuring functional process design is fully aligned with enterprise technology strategy.
Delivery governance: Guide multi-track delivery teams, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders through structured governance, architectural reviews, and agile delivery practices.
Evergreen readiness: Design upgrade-safe configurations and release governance practices aligned with Oracle’s quarterly cloud update cycle.
Ideal executive profile
12–15+ years of progressive IT delivery, enterprise architecture, and Oracle platform experience.
Proven leadership in large-scale Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs, with at least 6+ years in hands-on architecture roles.
Deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Daas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and hybrid PaaS/SaaS architecture models.
Strong functional and technical command across Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, and HCM.
Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, challenge legacy thinking, and drive enterprise standardization across complex business environments.
Experience delivering multi-entity implementations across the GCC or Middle East, including exposure to regional regulatory and operational requirements.
Strong working knowledge of modern delivery frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent agile governance models.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline; an MBA or advanced management qualification is highly desirable.
Preferred leadership attributes
A consultative leadership style with the ability to influence business and technology stakeholders at senior levels.
Experience supporting diversified conglomerates across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, insurance, and financial services.
