Must have strong practical experience across accounting, treasury, and FP&A functions, with hands-on experience with SAP. Practical experience with corporate online banking platforms and payment execution is essential. Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and other trade finance instruments is required, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate must possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and the capacity to work independently.

We are an international contracting and procurement company engaged in EPC projects and global sourcing activities. We manage procurement and supply operations with suppliers and manufacturers across international markets, including China, the United States and other countries.We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager with strong exposure to accounting, treasury operations, trade finance and FP&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day financial operations, SAP accounting activities, banking and payment administration, trade finance instruments, cash flow management and financial planning and analysis.The role requires a person who is comfortable both with transactional execution and financial analysis and who can independently manage relationships and operational matters with banks and internal stakeholders.1. Accounting & SAPPerform and supervise day to day accounting activities in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactionsReview accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals and supporting documentationEnsure proper accounting treatment and correct allocation of transactions across accounts, cost canters and projectsSupport monthly and year end closing activities and preparation of management financial informationReconcile bank accounts, treasury transactions and related general ledger balancesCoordinate with AP, AR and other finance functions to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.2. Treasury & Banking OperationsManage daily treasury operations, including preparation, processing and monitoring of paymentsPrepare and execute payments through corporate banking platforms including QNB, CBQ banking systemsEnsure appropriate supporting documents, approvals and authorization procedures are completed before payment executionMonitor payment status and follow up with banks and internal stakeholders until successful settlementMaintain visibility over cash balances, upcoming payments Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and support working capital management3. Trade FinanceManage and administer the company trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees Coordinate issuance, amendment, extension, reduction, cancellation and release of guarantees and LCMaintain a complete register of all outstanding trade finance instruments and monitor their validity and expiry datesProactively manage extensions or releases to avoid expired instrumentsReview terms and conditions of Letters of Credit and coordinate amendments with banks, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholdersMonitor documentation and compliance requirements related to LCs and guaranteesCoordinate with banks regarding wording, issuance requirements, amendments, claims, releases and cancellation of instruments4.
