Bachelor's degree with a recognized teaching qualification (Master's degree desirable). Proven leadership experience in a Middle or High School setting. Strong knowledge of National Curricula. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in an international school is an advantage.

Westview International Language School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and experienced Middle & High School Principal for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will provide strategic and academic leadership across the two stages, driving excellence in teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students.Key Responsibilities:Provide visionary leadership and direction for the elementary school, ensuring high standards of teaching and learningManage day-to-day school operations, maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for students, staff, and familiesCollaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies aligned with educational best practicesPromote continuous professional development among staff to enhance teaching quality and student outcomesBuild strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community to foster engagement and supportMonitor and analyze student performance data, using insights to drive school improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with relevant education regulations, policies, and standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree with a recognised teaching qualification; a Master's degree is desirableProven leadership experience in a Middle or High School settingStrong knowledge of National Curricula.
