Description
Architectural / Structural BIM Engineers:Develop detailed 3D BIM models for Precast concrete elements using Autodesk Revit.Extract accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed rebar schedules from BIM models.Perform clash detection, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and resolve spatial conflicts prior to execution.Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to company BIM execution standards.2. Structural Design Engineers:Perform structural analysis and design calculations for Precast concrete elements and structures.Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, local codes, and structural integrity requirements.Prepare detailed structural calculation sheets and technical reports.Coordinate closely with the BIM team to translate design intent into precise 3D models.Shared Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and factory personnel to support seamless precast production and installation.Review technical documentation, client specifications, and contractor submittals.Ensure continuous quality control across design and modeling deliverables.
