At least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within EPC, construction, engineering, or contracting industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, purchasing, expediting, vendor management, and subcontracting.
Experience handling RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, and contracts.
Good understanding of EPC project procurement requirements, technical specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
Strong supplier/vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using ERP/procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
Ability to prepare and maintain procurement reports, comparison sheets, purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement trackers.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple procurement activities, and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of local and international suppliers, logistics, import/export procedures, and relevant procurement regulations is an advantage.
Professional procurement certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is highly preferred.
