Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all phases of the fit-out and furniture installation project, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetCoordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project specifications align with their vision, developing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensuring adherence to these schedules and financial limitsCoordinate Site Managers, Engineering Interface, QA/QC, HSE and Document Control/QS functions, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to maintain project workflow and timelines, addressing any issues that arise promptlyConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout executionServe as the primary point of contact between the client, JVCO management, and the project team, interfacing directly with clients to define project requirementsPrepare and manage the scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, and risk identification, and apply this to standard-to-complex project documents including agreements/contracts, work letters, surveys and drawingsHold commercial responsibility for the project, including cost plans, subcontractor management, and control of site and financial aspects, managing risk and variation claims while protecting the organisation's contractual positionManage risk and resolve on-site issues, ensuring factory–site coordination for on-time material and product deliveryMonitor progress against milestones and report to the Operations and Technical Director, aiming for minimal escalations from the client and cost-to-completion within budget through efficient project executionEnsure the project meets contractual, HSE and quality obligations, including timely receipt of subcontracted materials in line with cost and quality specificationsQualifications & EducationBachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field, typically required for this role, combined with relevant industry experienceMinimum 10 years project management experience in fit-out, joinery or furniture installation projectsExperience managing projects in Saudi Arabia/GCC preferredStrong coordination skills across manufacturing and site teamsWorking knowledge of furniture systems and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) delivery, along with project management systems and methodologies applied throughout project deliveryStrong leadership, organisational and communication skills, essential for facilitating the smooth completion of fit-out projectsIndonesia Citizen OnlyCompensation figures are indicative monthly net targets per the manning plan and exclude housing, transport, meals, insurance, visas, flights, leave, end-of-service, mobilisation, demobilisation and contingency.
